Riccardo is the Chairman and founder of ReGen Future Planet. Over the previous 20 years, Riccardo has been part of the leadership team in a number of different businesses in the sustainability space. These ventures have included Amafilter Group, a European platform in industrial liquid filtration, Maestrale Green Energy, a wind farm developer in Italy, Envirogen Group a leading international wastewater treatment solution provider and Amplio Energy a solar park developer and operator.

Prior to that Riccardo acquired 10 years of corporate and investment experience at Merrill Lynch, GE Capital, Compass Partners and Henderson Global Investors. Riccardo is a Graduate of Bocconi in Milan and attended ESSEC in Paris as part of an exchange program.

Riccardo is a Certified Recovery Coach from CCAR in the UK and he is part of a number of fellowships addressing mental health. Riccardo has been a member of YPO Gold in London and has attended Mindvalley University.

He is fluent in English, French and Italian and is conversational in Spanish.

Wouter is a decisive, entrepreneurial and strategy driven executive with over 20 years of global experience in Energy, Technology and Finance. A collaborative leader with a track record of delivering successful multi-functional integrations, and operational results. Wouter held executive positions at Verizon and Liberty Global and was a board member of E.ON. As a Managing Director of Blue Green Energy responsible for building up a company from scratch to international scale. Wouter has a strong passion environmental and climate protection and a track record in successfully managing companies. His focus is on executing on the operational and strategic functions.  Having worked in USA and EU, Wouter is fluent in fluent in English, German and Dutch.

Mathew has 25 years of senior leadership roles in both the charity sector and corporate tech. A values driven leader with a proven track record of innovation to address global issues in social justice, faith and the environment. Mathew is the CEO and founder of The Kindness of Strangers, a unique growth platform for global non-profits being used by some of the world’s biggest charities. His charity sector experience includes being global CEO at Alpha and Global Leader for Marketing and Fundraising at World Vision (a $2.7bn charity.) He also spent ten years at Orange, firstly in corporate finance roles and latterly as Head of Voice, running a large product management team.

MBA trained, Mathew’s focus is on philanthropy and innovation solutions for non-for-profit partners.

Joanne joined ReGen Future Planet shortly after its founding and is the Group CFO. Prior to joining ReGen Joanne spent 15 years as a Director at the Amplio Group, an early actor and consolidator in the solar energy, ground water reclamation and water reuse fields, where she gained a broad experience of the alternative energy and clean tech sectors. Her earlier career was spent in financial roles in the more traditional manufacturing and engineering sectors. Joanne is a Chartered member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and her professional activities are further underpinned by her other professional Fellowships of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Benjamin is a Consultant Director for ReGen Future Planet and leads the charitable and not-for-profit activities. These include education and communication as well as work within the  community. Ben has previously Chief Executive Officer of the SkillForce charity, under the patronage of HRH The Duke of Cambridge (Prince William), pioneering veterans working with children in schools and developing the Prince William Award. Ben’s early career was in television and in particular children’s television with the BBC, after which he was appointed the youngest state secondary school headteacher in the UK and subsequently became Executive Headteacher of 7 schools for Cognita, the UK’s largest provider of independent Education. Ben holds the National Professional Qualification in Headship and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Leadership and Management .

Bremley works with the leadership team in the sourcing and execution of regeneration projects around the world.

Most recently Bremley has been working with the Environment Department of the World Bank on linking poverty reduction and environmental management after which he moved to Boston and joined its Education Development Centre. Prior to this Bremley had worked with UN Commission on Sustainable Development Secretariat where he worked with the different major groups of Agenda 21 and he was the Indian youth ambassador to the UN Millennium Summit. Bremley has two Ph.D degrees in Sustainable Development from the Azteca University in Mexico and the Central University in Nicaragua.

Martyn is responsible for innovation in the field of energy storage and saving. He is a true innovator . At the age of 13 he built & launched his own rocket/engine & parachute on the local Golf course.  Trained in Banking Finance (Nat Provincial & Rotschild) before IBM hired him. Martyn was one of 3 to setup UK’s 1st Monte Carlo risk analysis Co which still exists. He has been responsible for launching innovations in 17 countries (Inc: Australia Compressed air vehicles, etc), Indonesia, Japan(Online Trading), US, T&T(Greenhouses), France, Finland (Videophone), Germany (Nestle), & UK- Data Centre (energy redesign for 12 Global co worth £100M+), Energy Storage, Risk analysis & Forecasting (Insead).  His successful work with WWF & RSPB Charities was featured in National UK Ad campaigns. For Public & private co he has advised on future new tech investments on energy saving and storage. He is an award winner & accomplished Renewable Energy Innovator
